The month of November reminds us all of gratitude and the importance of practicing it in our daily lives, personally and professionally. With Thanksgiving, many of us are fortunate enough to take a break with family and friends, gather around a table filled with delicious food, and truly think about what’s most important. For many, it also begins a period of self-reflection, with the year quickly approaching its conclusion and the new year just on the horizon. With this introspection, we look at where we’ve been and how far we’ve come, and begin to plan our next steps, all with gratitude.
Particularly with the turmoil and disruption we’ve all experienced over the past twenty months, we wanted to use this time to share what we’re thankful for at Agile Planners, and to encourage you to take some time to do the same.
What We’re Grateful for this November
We’ve all be touched in some way by the COVID-19 pandemic. And this year, it hit as close to home as possible for us. We could not begin to talk about what we are thankful for this year without mentioning our extreme gratitude that our family members and I all got through this virus and are healthy today. We are also thankful for the wonderful care we received while we were sick, and for the time to recuperate at our own pace. Mostly, this brings up another point though. We tend to take our health for granted, and whether it’s COVID-19 or any other ailment or injury, we can’t. This year, my sincere hope is that we all remember that without our health, all the things we think are more important simply aren’t.
We don’t need a particular month to help us remember to be grateful for our Agile Planners clients, or as we like to call them, our family. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help them run their businesses faster and more efficiently through our trusted partnerships each and every day. There is no doubt—their sustained success is our own sustained success, and we never forget it. To our clients, we are grateful for your business, your friendship, and your trust in Agile Planners.
It is often said that creativity and innovation flourish in times of turmoil—and we couldn’t agree more. While the world was turned upside down, pivoting to deal with a global pandemic the likes of which we have never seen, we were able to develop and launch a new, innovative technology solution. So, this year, we are grateful for AccountedCloud. As accountants and business owners ourselves, we understand the many accounting related pain points. We have firsthand knowledge because we’ve been there. And at the top of the list is always redundant data entry, mismatched accounts, and uncategorized expenses. AccountedCloud provides the tools needed to automate repetitive mundane accounting tasks, so you can focus on what’s most important…your clients.
We are extremely grateful not only that we knew there had to be a better way, but that we didn’t stop there. Rather, we created it. AccountedCloud is essentially the marriage of accounting and technology/automation. And it integrates with all of your favorite financial tools, including QuickBooks Online, PayPal, Authorize.net, Square, and others.
Through AccountedCloud, we now get to be grateful for helping even more accountants and business owners run their businesses in efficient, technologically advanced ways. Zig Ziglar may have said it best when he said, “Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.”
At Agile Planners, we understand the many responsibilities that business owners have, and that their time is generally scarce. We can provide you with CFO, bookkeeping services, and training. As a one-stop shop to fill all types of accounting needs, we take over bookkeeping and accounting tasks, integrate technology systems for optimal performance, and provide consulting services to develop a strategic plan for your business to grow and reach its goals. We’ll take care of the nitty-gritty so that you can focus on the bigger picture: running your organization. Contact us today to learn more about how we can help you with your month-end close process.
